These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dr. Ananjan Astro Intelligence platform, including the website at astro.ananjanmaiti.com and the Vedic Birth Chart application at astro.ailabworks.tech (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• Account creation requires a valid invitation code provided by an administrator or authorized party.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts under false identities.
• Each account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content, algorithms, or outputs of the Service without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Share or redistribute invitation codes without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, calculations, astrological interpretations, and software code comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Dr. Ananjan Maiti and are protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Login Limits & Access

Access to the Service may be subject to daily login limits as determined by your account type and invitation code settings. Administrators may modify these limits at any time. Exceeding your login limit will result in temporary access restriction until the limit resets (every 24 hours).

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological calculations or interpretations.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
